− 1- موظف الأستقبال التركي لا ينفع أن يكون موظف أستقبال بسبب عدم التجاوب و عدم أحترام النزلاء . 2- العزل ضعيف جدا و الأصوات واضحة من الشقة المقابلة . 3- الأثاث يحتاج تجديد . 4- وجود كلب في أستقبال الفندق .

10.0Очень удобное расположение отеля 2 мин от выхода из метро и примерно столько же до крупного тц. В номере есть холодильник, микроволновка и плита. Есть общие на этаж стиральная и сушильная машины. Также мы были с тяжелыми по 20 кг чемоданами и нам их помогли дотащить в номер.
− Немного странно что в номере не было средства для мытья посуды и губки.

9.0The location is near the metro and bus stops, there is lots of restaurants, market shops around, the apartment is comfortable.
− It has a kitchenette, which is very useful, so it would be nice to have dishwashing utensils and maybe also some sugar.
