10.0Location right at Baylor,,,extremely clean,,,ample amenities,,,extremely easy to contact staff for any type of need,,,fair price,,,extremely accommodating,,,parking right in front of your unit,,,absolutely beautiful inside,,,a rustic country look and feel,,,
− Been booking here 2 times a year for the 4 years that my child was attending Baylor,,,but this last time the sewage in the whole complex was backed up and caused a tiny flood in the downstairs bathroom when showering in the upstairs bathroom,,,I give 2 reasons for this issue,,,lots of big families were booked at this complex due to graduation and the toilet paper used is way too thick and doesn’t breakdown easily causing the back up,,,notified staff and we were relocated immediately,,,
