ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
1.0Close to a reasonable beach. OK view from balcony
− The bungalow needs a complete refurbishment throughout, it was so bad we had to vacate the property whenever possible. When this was not possible we stayed outside on the balcony. The electric supply and various extension cords are dangerously situated not to mention a shoe lace that activates the fan. Balcony light doesn't work and will do a strobe effect if it decides to come on at all. The toilet seat was disgusting as is the rest of the shower room. The door has been punched in and nearly falls off when you open it. The ceilings are mouldy as is the grout on the tiles and the shower head is stuck on one spray setting due to scale which is also covering the basin tap. The windows are so old they barely close without falling apart and the same issue is present with the front door which even when closed has a gap at the top. The property advertised is NOT what you get, it's also confusing as half of the properties on site with the same name are owned by two members of the same family? My receipt shows a four star bungalow, this is not even close to one star? We paid £74 per night as we had no other option...this is not worth anywhere near this price and we will have to take the matter further as it ruined a week of our trip.

− Wir kamen nachmittags um 14 Uhr an. Die Ankunftszeit hatten wir auf Nachfrage des Hauses vorab mitgeteilt. Es wurde von einer Nachbarin jemand gesucht, der uns weiterhelfen könnte. Da der Angestellte weder deutsch noch englisch sprach, hat er uns mit Händen und Füßen erklärt, dass er den Bungalow jetzt erst reinigen müsste. Wir sollten eine Stunde warten. Zur besseren Verständigung bekamen wir seinen WhatsApp Kontakt. Dort hat er dann wohl von Englisch in seine Landessprache (Myanmar) übersetzt. Der "Bungalow mit Gartenblick" ist sehr dunkel. Man schaut auf einer Seite gegen eine Wand, auf der anderen Seite gegen einen Hang, von der Küche aus auf eine Baustelle. Der Garten sowie das gesamte kleine Grundstück wird auch von Mitarbeitern betreten, die dort einen Abstellraum nutzen. Die Einrichtung ist zusammengewürfelt, alt und billig, bis auf den großen Fernseher. Die Bettwäsche war klamm, wurde dann auf Nachfrage ausgetauscht. Der gesamte Bungalow, besonders Küche und Bad waren sehr unsauber, die Armaturen wackelig. Wir wollten dort nicht bleiben und fragten nach einem anderen Bungalow, aber angeblich war nichts frei. Die Probleme haben wir über Booking.com an den Gastgeber gemeldet und uns gleichzeitig eine neue Unterkunft gesucht, da wir den Aufenthalt in diesem Bungalow als unzumutbar betrachtet haben. Der Gastgeber hat uns per WhatsApp mitgeteilt, dass er eine Stornierung nicht akzeptieren würde und uns nicht entgegenkäme. Ich werde es noch einmal von Deutschland aus versuchen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Wir haben für 5 Nächte über 1.000 € gezahlt. Der halbe Preis wäre noch zuviel gewesen. Service gibt es im übrigen auch nicht. Man bekommt am Anfang 1 mal Handtücher und das war es. Kein Handtuchwechsel, keine Reinigung, nichts. Mit Glück findet man vielleicht 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank. Das Schlüsselsystem war zudem eine absolute Katastrophe.
