− Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms didn’t feel clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell. There were far too many stairs, the balustrade on the staircase was broken and didn’t feel safe, and the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for.

5 star location on the best beach the island. 4th time staying here.

Best location on the most stunning beach. Simple but still great value for money. Nice pool, nice breaky, beautiful views off our front deck, internet was good, no issues with air con or hot water - both were great. Loved our stay again.

− A kettle in the standard huts would be great for a cuppa, Smirnoffs for ladies instead of just Bintangs for the men, would be convenient. A blanket and a few more thinner pillows would be good too. These are small things that wouldn’t stop us from staying again. We love it at Song Lambung.

− The beds & pillows were uncomfortably hard. The stairs were steep leaving us with sore calves. Not ideal if you have weak knees or ankles.

Great location and good value but could be so much more with a little maintenance.

Really close to the beach and also a great pool. Couldn't ask for a better location.

Mould, Poor Cleanliness and a Very Disappointing Stay

A Beautiful View Cannot Make Up for Poor Conditions

− We booked a 7-night stay at Lambung Beach Huts in a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View, but left after only 3 nights due to the poor hygiene standards and condition of the room. Although the sea view was spectacular, it was the only highlight of our stay. The whole room was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. Located on the top level (which we were aware of), access involved many stairs with unstable handrails. The mosquito nets were mouldy and stained and on our third day we discovered the pillow underneath the pillowcase was completely covered in mould. The bedding was inadequate, with no doona or blanket provided, only two worn-out sheets. The towels, which should have been white, were grey and heavily worn. The water had an unpleasant smell, and the room had very basic amenities, with no TV and no in-room phone to contact reception if assistance was needed. The information on Booking stated that room service was available, but this was not provided. Breakfast was very basic, and the menu food was ordinary, tasteless, and disappointing. After leaving the property, we both developed respiratory issues, which we believe may have been linked to the mould exposure from the pillows we had unknowingly been breathing in during our stay. While the location offers a spectacular view, it does not make up for the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and basic standards. We left after 3 nights of a planned 7-night stay and would not stay here again. We would not recommend Lambung Beach Huts!
