10.0Wonderful staff! Beautiful ambience, wonderland dream. Food is A++++! Majestic surroundings and lovely aesthetics.
Not for travelers
6.0This hotel might be great for local romantic get away but very inconvenient and uncomfortable for travelers. When you find the property, finding your way in the place is a challenge especially at night. All rooms are up a winding staircase. They called is several times prior to and during our brief attempt at sleep to ask if we would be dining. When we said no they still kept inquiring about food allergies. They called to find out what time we were arriving. They called again early morning presumably to try and get us to come down and buy breakfast. We were trying to sleep so we didn’t answer. There was tv and cable in the listing but none in the room. My husband likes to shut down after a long drive with tv before bed. They told us we would have had to request it before arrival There is nothing really to see on the property despite that advertisement. There is no spa, they call in local masseuses that Im assuming also have to be requested prior to arrival
