− Awful place , dirty , pictures do not represent the room Massive scam , the reception staff will try and tell you they haven't received your booking and you must pay AGAIN. AVOID

1.0Reception Staff The reception staff has no idea how to talk, their behavior was very rude and they even misbehaved with me. Room was very dirty..While I was checking in, several guests were complaining. There was no water in the entire hotel, and in many rooms, all the rooms were very dirty. When I asked to change the blanket, he said it cannot be changed so talk to Karanj. This is the first time I have seen such a bad behavior and such a hotel with such bad service.I request all of you not to recommend this hotel to anyone. @booking.com team pls take action on this hotel and delist asap.
