− Nema prilaz za osobe invaliditetom, tj. ima 150-200 metara iza hotela ali vrlo nebezbedan uspon od parkinga do recepcije. Prilaz autom do ispred hotela ne postoji. Iskreno svi koji zele doci do ulaza u hotel autom nek zaborave ovaj hotel. Razočaravajuće i poražavajuće, suprotno politici koju Zeppter propagira.
