Very clean and pleasant staff
8.0Very clean but a little worn in places .it was expected for basic price staff were all pleasant and help full home cooked food was excellent . We were a little concerned that there may be a bit of noise from pub but was very quiet . Breakfast left in our room was great idea and good choice with milk and yogurt kept in fridge . Over all very good

8.0Used as a base due to friend’s birthday locally. Lovely self contained rooms. Good effort at continental breakfast in the room. Would be nice if the fridge was cold for milk and yogurt though. It felt as if it had only just been put on before we arrived. Value for money.
