Really lovely room and staff. Wish we could have stayed longer to make use of the facilities.
9.0Beautiful, spacious waterfront room. Room large for Japan. Great that you also have access to the Hilton across the road for the gym and more swimming pools.

− Breakfast I felt could of have more options. It was the same everyday and need a bit more variety.

9.0スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。 check inの時に対応して下さったのがおそらく今年の新人さんかと思うのですが、 まだ不慣れなそうなところもありましたが、一生懸命なことに加えて笑顔が素敵で可愛らしかったです。 また、アメリカンビレッジ徒歩圏内なのも良かったです。
− 一長一短ですが、サンセットビーチに近いのでわりと騒がしめです。 窓を開けているとサンセットビーチで会話をしている人の声が話の内容までわかるレベルで聞こえます。 静かな環境を好む方には合わないかも。

− 強いて言うなら、シャワーの強さ調節がしにくかったかなと思うくらいです。特に問題はありませんでした。
