− To many bugs. I feel like the windows in the rooms should have a net so that they can be open and still keep bugs out. The beach wasn’t the best.

− ik vond het soms onduidelijk wat er hoorde bij de all inclusive formule bij bv het indische restaurant was niet duidelijk hoeveel je bij moest betalen en ook de drankjes bv ik zou dat duidelijker willen wij hebben bij het indische restaurant gegeten, was nog in verbouw fase dus bij het buffet restaurant, ik had verwacht dat daar geen bijbetaling voor was
Room 113 T spoilt my stay. It was smelly, damp amd just not suitable to use.
4.0We liked the pools and restaurants. Spa was also great atmosphere.
− One of the rooms to be specific room 113T was damp and the smell was too strong! They knew the room is not suitable for use but decided to shove us in there anyway! This is unacceptable! For a five star hotel, I expected clean rooms! The daily cleaning wasn’t great either. If you are booking Swahili Beach, make sure you mention about smelly rooms because that alone will spoil your stay. For the amount of money you pay , the accommodation should be top notch but ours was quite disappointing! Spoke to the manager but he wasn’t that bothered he got the money anyway! Apart from the smelly room(113T) , everything else was great. Swahili beach , sort out those rooms kindly. That was unacceptable smell! Thanks

− Late Check-out bis maximal 11am ist für ein 5* Hotel zu wenig. Dass man für jede Stunde extra bezahlen muss ist schade.
