Dirty room and beddings.

The location and the wifi.

− - we booked a room with a balcony but they tried to give us a room without. - the sheets were dirty. Even when we asked for new, they also were dirty and the team had nothing to do with that. - they charged fees that we didn't see on booking app. - The fan was broken. - no hot water in the shower, even when we asked, again, the team had nothing to do with that. -The toilet and shower were dirty.

Sinceramente lo que mas me gustó la ubicacion. Justo en fountainas y cerca de la iglesia mas famosa de panjim!

− Por donde empiezo..... sabanas asquerosas, les pedimos que nos las cambiaran y nos las cambiaron por unas peores, las almoadas llenas de moho estaban literalmente negras! Para cojer una infeccion. Le pedimos al personal que nos cambiaran las toallas porque estaba sucia como si no se hubiese limpiado y se hubiera dejado ahi del ultimo cliente. Detras del laba manos habia un papel con sangre del ultimo cliente que no se habia retirado. Le pedimos que por favor nos trajeran papel de vater y nos dijeron que no. Igual que champu , gel de manos... en fin cosas basicas para asearnos. Igual que botella de agua ni 1 litro nos facilitaron. Las cortinas negras llenas de porqueria y suciedad como toda la habitacion! Teniamos el desayuno incluido con la habitacion pero sinceramente opte por no comerlo dado las condiciones de la habitacion. La puerta del baño por debajo reventada. El personal al llegar no tenia ni idea de que habiamos reservado y ni se tomaron la molestia de buscar en booking mi reserva. El precio que pague por 2 noches casi 50€ (4.800rs aprox) y os aseguro que por ese precio y menos he encontrado buenas habitaciones en india. La limpieza es algo basico e indispensable!! Por favor no cojais este hotel!! Ademas si con todo eso no era suficiente , los mosquitos te van a devorar y no vas a dormir en toda la noche!! El Aire acondicionado funcionaba cuando le daba la gana.

− There service was really bad . They didn't gave us the room which we booked . Bad have wasted our time over there Waiting for a different room .the service was pathetic . I will report this as a fraud property

Location was awesome :) full marks for that. the staff was understanding (a bit) only for one instance, where we asked them to change linen, they obliged.

− Everything was pathetic, unhygienic. They are charging only for location, that's it. the linen, no amenities in washroom, not even a water kettle. not even bottled / mineral water. they claim water is treated, which we didn't verify. linens had stains and were smelly.

It was excellent experience,,, superb
