10.0The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of Otaru Canal and many restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. What impressed us most was the outstanding service. After I accidentally left my Anker power bank in the room, the front desk found it, contacted my hotel in Sapporo, and even arranged for a staff member to personally deliver it there before we left Japan. Their kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional.

9.0部屋はさほど広くなかったけど、バスルームは十分な広さがあり、またとても清潔に保たれていて、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんも丁寧な応対をしていただき、本当に気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。立地は、だいたいの観光スポットに徒歩数分のところにあり、とても便利でした。
− ホテルの駐車場の数が少なく、近隣のコインパーキングの空きを必死に探す感じになったのが、強いて言えばちょっと残念。当日の予約状況から逆算して何処かに確保してもらえていれば、なお良かったかもと思います。
