Good for NEC
8.0Stayed for one night here .. the room was comfortable and adequate .. we were very cold though as the heating wasn’t very efficient and no heating in the bathroom .. great drinks machine

10.0Clean? Tick. Decent shower? Tick. Clean comfy bed and decent pillows? Tick. What else do you need for an overnight stay. We received a warm welcome, checked if we needed local information or taxis. Proper milk in small fridge that could be used with cereal provided for breakfast.
Going to the NEC - this is perfect.
8.0Booked as going to an event at NEC. Really handy for that and much cheaper than hotels closer. One thing I would have liked was instructions on using the coffee/tea machine. We got there late after long drive and were frustrated that we couldn't get it to work for 10 minutes and then the 'tea' from a pod ( no control as to the strength) was hot rather than boiling.
Comfortable and near NEC
10.0Quiet but very easy for NEC too. Nice surprise to have done breakfast items. Very good for the price.
