− This hotel is located in Bengali speaking state (Tripura). But I am very much disappointed reception lady speaks Hindi even she / he can speak Bengali. I never stray this hotel next time. It is a matte of insulting as I am Bangali.

− The fact that our stay was revealed which is a Private thing. It’s a serious concern people coming to a Hotel and if a Staff reveals their staying to outsiders who will stay at such Hotel.
