10.0Easy check in and out, good hospitality and comfortable room
Excellent location with good facilities but breakfast needs improvement
8.0Proximity to Olympia and within easy walking distance of good restaurants Small room but clean and warm with all facilities required
− Lighting system in rooms was very difficult to use as buttons extremely small and unable to read labels on them in the dark so had to use torch on phone Breakfast served until 10am We got into the breakfast room at 9-15 where there was a reasonable range of food available However the ‘hot’ food was only lukewarm and the plates were cold . Only 2 fried eggs left but the yolks were very hard and inedible. Only one portion of scrambled egg left which again wasn’t hot

Very nice and helpful staff.
7.0Location is very convenient in a safe area.
− The room is quite small. No desk in the room for visitors who are on a work trip.
