10.0Cet établissement propose un séjour idéal pour des vacances reposantes, avec de nombreuses activités disponibles tout au long de la journée. Les piscines et la plage idyllique, ainsi que le parc aquatique accessible en deux minutes à pied, constituent des atouts majeurs. Des navettes sont également disponibles pour faciliter les déplacements. De plus, le personnel se distingue par sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme exceptionnels.

2.0Nous n’avons pas pu nous y rendre, nous avons demandé un remboursement refusé par vos services, ce que je peux comprendre. Sur ce fait nous avons demandé un avoir de cette somme pour pouvoir reporter cette même destination à l’année prochaine…refuser !!! J’appelle cela un vol. Sachez que j’ai pris un avocat pour pouvoir demander un avoir plus des dommages. Cordialement. Monsieur Gilli

4.0Schöner breiter Strand mit schönem Blick aufs Meer - allerdings in die Jahre gekommene Anlage/Zimmer mit schlechtem Service im Allgemeinen und Organisation. Poolhandtücher sind nur am Strand / Beach Pool verfügbar, nicht jedoch am oberen Pool - bedeutet lange Wege zum Laufen (erst bergab dann wieder bergauf inkl. Treppensteigen). Vergleichbare Situation beim Getränkeholen. Kein Service an Pool und am Beach. Auch wird nicht den Tag über aufgeräumt. Für Selbstzahler (also nicht all inklusive Gäste) überzogene Preise für Cocktails und Speisen. In den verschiedenen Hotelrestaurants extrem viele Bienen!!! Insgesamt ist der Hotelstandard nicht angemessen.
