− Kitchenette was a roughly converted balcony. An opening to the outside - drainage? Had to wash dishes in bathroom sink, same sink you use to wash clothes & face so very impractical & unhygienic. TV setup had past users google log ins still active so we couldn’t use tv.

3.0Pool was nice. Proximity to bus terminal and supermarket was handy.
− Stupid roller door on connecting doorway to adjoining room had zero sound insulation quality, meaning I could hear everything going on next door. Horrible. Ferries arriving from 6am woke me up every morning - no relaxing sleep in here!

7.0Balcony was a good view but felt like part of the room. Was woken at 5.30 am by alarms and an evacuation message for over 10 minutes. Then dismissed as a false alarm. Then the fire brigade attended. Fully dressed and unable to sleep after that before a 5 1/2 hour drive so not good. Magnetic Island however is beautiful. Horshoe Bay is beautiful too.
