Unit 3 is located on the upper level, with views across to Picnic Bay Beach. The unit has 2 bedrooms, with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a queen size bed and single trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom. The unit has a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 separate living areas and air-conditioning throughout. There is a large covered balcony with outdoor dining, a BBQ and cool breezes and beach views.

Perfect location for ocean views, walking distance to most things and bus stop was a 2 minute walk.
6.0Apartment was in a traffic location walking distance to everything. The view was amazing, beach walks lovely day and night. Walking distance to bus stop and coffee shop.
− Apartments need to be updated, put screens on all windows. Screens only front window were old, no screens on other bedrooms. Bitten throughout the night. Dishwasher had a bad smell when opened.
