7.0Do sossego da quinta, a parte exterior estava bem cuidada e limpa. O Apartamento deveria ter ar condicionado, as duas ventoinhas que estava na cozinha e no quarto não eram capazes de refrescar o apartamento.
− Das moscas, o apartamento deveria ter redes mosqueteiras. Faltou a cortina de ocultação solar na cozinha (onde dormia 2 pessoas) no sofá cama.
