Anniversary weekend
10.0We had an incredible stay at the Sands Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. Our goal was simply to spend a few days unwinding by the pool, and the experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our poolside servers, Mckhenzy and Brenda, who were consistently attentive, friendly, and ensured we always had everything we needed. Their exceptional service allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time. We also had a wonderful dinner at the Pink Cabana. To celebrate our anniversary, our server, Justine, surprised us with a complimentary glass of champagne, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. She was warm, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided outstanding service throughout the evening. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the entire staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, and even the general manager, Bruno, took the time to stop by and chat with us to make sure our stay was going well. From start to finish, every detail contributed to a fantastic experience. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. A truly exceptional stay 10/10!
