The outside area with the pool and couches is very nice. Spent a lot of time in and around the pool. The beds were comfortable.

− The bar and restaurant is very pricey. The room we stayed in had a gap by the door and the door is sealed with a metal slide bar and a bulky lock. The gap in the door is less than ideal. I found the bathroom to be not very nice, open shower dark and no natural air coming in, mold problem waiting to happen.

Vorteile: Lage: Das Homestay liegt direkt im Zentrum. Check-in: Das Personal beim Check-in war sehr nett und angenehm. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Zimmers: Für den günstigen Last-Minute-Angebotspreis war das Zimmer in Ordnung.

− ⭐️⭐️ von 5 Sternen: Günstig, aber versteckte Kosten und unfreundlicher Service beim Frühstück Nachteile: Versteckte Extrakosten trotz Booking-Bestätigung: Ich hatte ein Last-Minute-Angebot für 2 Zimmer inkl. Frühstück für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (10 und 16 Jahre) für ca. 643.000 VND gebucht. Die Bestätigungsmail von Booking.com zeigte genau diesen Preis und alle 5 Personen an. Vor Ort musste ich jedoch plötzlich 750.000 VND zahlen. Das Personal behauptete einfach, sie hätten mich vorab informiert (was nicht stimmte). Seit wann muss man bei Booking mehr bezahlen als in der offiziellen Bestätigung steht? Sehr schlechtes Frühstück: Die Begründung für den Aufpreis war, dass die Kinder (10 und 16 Jahre) beim Frühstück wie Erwachsene essen würden. Das Frühstück war jedoch eine absolute Enttäuschung. Wir waren um 07:10 Uhr die ersten Gäste. Der Kaffee war kalt, extrem wässrig und schmeckte wie der Rest vom Vortag. Die 100.000 VND Aufpreis waren dieses Frühstück absolut nicht wert! Unfreundlicher Service am Morgen: Als ich die Mitarbeiterin beim Kaffee auf die Qualität ansprach, reagierte sie extrem unfreundlich. Sie beschwerte sich auf Vietnamesisch lautstark darüber, dass wir "nur" 750.000 VND zahlen, aber so viel verlangen würden. Eine absolute Frechheit! Fazit: Ich habe den Aufpreis wegen des insgesamt immer noch günstigen Preises bezahlt, aber wir haben uns danach sehr unwohl gefühlt. Wenn das Zimmer im Angebot ist, ist es wegen der Lage okay. Wenn es kein Angebot ist: Bitte Finger weg! (Siehe Fotos vom Zimmer).

− It's very noisy on the territory, for those who like to have fun and fall asleep to the music from the bar

I do NOT recommend going there. Be aware of the false advertising on their property.

Location was good.

− BE AWARE: I am listing a few facts & observations to ensure that everyone is fully prepared if they decide to go there: 1. the entrance of the hotel looks like a night bar with super loud music (it is 12pm). It is supposed to be their restaurant / bar open to all. I attached a pic of their reception. A joke 2. The person who welcomed us is a waitress and she only speaks Vietnamese. Chanel is her name (not sure about the spelling). Her 1st question: passport. Her 2nd question: pay cash NOW. The total price was slightly higher than the one booking.com guaranteed me. Not ok. 3. Chanel only cared about the money. We wanted to do laundry. as soon as we gave her our clothes she wanted the cash right away. 4. I booked two rooms with Garden view. There is no garden! We had a view on the concrete courtyard, which is the only thing they have anyway. I did see the garden pictures on Booking.com, but these are old and the garden does not exist anymore. It should be removed from their Booking.com profile 5. No one helped us with our luggage. 6. The facilities and rooms are run down (see pics) 7. The bathroom has a “ventilation” which is a big hole with NO mosquito net (and they do have lots of mosquitos). The sink is half broken and loose. There is no water pressure in the shower. We have to wait forever for the water to arrive. 8. There is no consistency in the rooms. I booked 2 of them. One has a TV and a fan the other does not. one has a mosquito repellent plug. The other does not. I asked for one. They said they will give it to me in the morning. They never did 9. The service: inexistent. Only the bar people are barely available for our questions. They are not helpful at all and there is no follow up 10. The second day there I ask for 2 bottles of water for our rooms (common and free in these countries since there is no drinkable water). They asked me to pay 60,000 VND. First it should be free, second, in the groceries store it is 20,000 VND… 11.
