10.0Además de lo obvio, el lugar está por demás espectacular, el trato del personal, en nuestro caso Ricardo, fue maravilloso. Todos los servicios complementarios, apoyo en traslados, reservaciones etc increíble!
− Lo único que no me encantó es el paso constante y pesado de turistas a las áreas del hotel, no se siente privado o exclusivo. Pero entiendo que esos jardines se tienen que compartir.

8.0The location alone is sensastional, and being able to access the gardens when they are closed and not so hectic is great. The staff were so kind and helpful. The griffo transport from the train station makes getting your luggage down much easier. Definately take the time to have a drink after the gardens close to the public on the terrace.
− The hotel is a little dated on the inside including the rooms. THey're still completely serviceable but not a luxury stay in terms of the rooms themselves. Not a complaint but just so people are aware no food is served at the bar and theres no pool or immediate lake access for swimming.
It’s a beautiful location, but the rooms & breakfast were not the standard expected.

7.0The famous gate that the historic property offers for beautiful photos. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and efficient (going out of their way for you in a heartbeat). Breakfast was lovely.
− We really missed staying at a property with a pool.
