− рядом с зданием каждый день шел ремонт, я не мог выспаться, ремонт начинался с 8 утра , на балконе курить нельзя, приходилось спускаться вниз, выходить на улицу чтобы покурить, а для чего балкон не понятно на балконе ничего нет

I’ve stayed at this guesthouse/hotel more than five times, usually just for a one-night transition between work trips, and somehow they never fail to disappoint. This time was different—I booked three nights in their so-called “business duplex” because I wanted a better experience while visiting my girlfriend. Ironically, the cheaper room I’ve stayed in before had a private balcony, while this more expensive room had a shared/attached balcony with the family room. Both are marketed as their top-tier options, which makes no sense. The issues didn’t stop there. Cleanliness was below standard, and there were ongoing technical problems with the TV and toilet ventilation—things I’ve complained about multiple times in past stays. Nothing has been fixed. Reception showed zero concern or urgency. Booking was another nightmare. Since I had an issue with my card, I tried booking directly in MVR. That turned into a frustrating experience with extremely slow replies—mine were within 1–3 minutes, while theirs took 15–30 minutes each time. On top of that, when I simply asked for a higher floor, they tried to upsell me a room at 30% more. For a basic request. I declined and honestly just laughed at how ridiculous it was. They don’t offer room service, and bringing outside food comes with a ridiculous $100 charge. Meanwhile, their in-house Chinese restaurant is overpriced, with poor service that doesn’t justify the cost at all. Overall, this is consistently bad service, poor value for money, and a frustrating experience every single time.
