10.0Both Stephen’s dad & lad always look after every detail and always make you feel welcome. The hotel is perfectly situated and the sea view room that was upgraded to is fabulous. This was my second stay and highly recommend it.

2.0We did not stay because the lift was out of order and I’m unable to climb up to 4flights of stairs. We waited 3hours for an engineer to arrive At 6pm we decided to go home assured we would be refunded. We are waiting for a refund.
