6.0There was a lot of construction trucks blocking the entrance to get in so it took a few times to enter in. The building could have used some picking up on the outside but for the price I was pretty content with the room size and condition of the room. The heater worked beyond expectations you could tell they tried updating things but lots of paint runs. There was office staff when we arrived at 3, but did not see any other activity the two days we stayed. Really 3.5 over all for the price we paid compared to other prices I seen online prior to booking.

10.0Everything was very nice. Constriction outside hotel was a little annoying but didn't really cause any problem. Park was great.
