Poor parking communication and maintenance

The bay windows are big and let in a lot of light. The bed was quite comfortable.

− The parking situation is horrible. They do not send a location to the parking with is located in a back street. We had to circle around multiple times until we found the back street. Then the parking we had paid for and reserved was taken by another vehicle. After calling the staff they advised us to park in a resident parking spot until they found out whose vehicle it was. Once we unloaded a resident came out and told us we couldn't park there. We then had to move the vehicle again. It was honestly just a big hassle trying to find a spot to park. The back door entrance from the parking lot wouldn't accept the code given to us. So we had to walk around with all our bags. We also couldn't get the smart tv to work or sign into any of our accounts. For the price per night we expected a lot better experience. The location is excellent, but with the hassle of the parking and just getting in kind of ruined the whole hotel experience.

location was amazing and text communiation was great. Would have been a totally different review if it hadn't been my elderly parents that were staying there

− I had extensive communication with them prior to our checkin that my parents are mobility impaired and would need a street level room. They were given the basement room which was street level to the back of the building but outside access to the back door was disabled at the time so they were required to go down an incredibly treacherous (for them un usable) stair way that was narrow with no railing. My calls to the in person line were never returned

Spacious apartment close to Commonwealth Ave and Newbury street in a typical Boston brownstone building.

− As our apt once in the front, you could hear the street noise.

Comfortable, conveniently located for trips to Fenway Park

Open floor plan, walking distance to Fenway Park, lots of space, tastefully decorated, large fridge, nice double view out both sides of apartment, helpful host via Booking app

− Pull out beds were both very loud and creaky, one of the sets of bedding had some long hairs in it, only bathroom is in the master so you have to enter the room someone else is in to use the bathroom, thermostat was locked, unable to change temperature
