I must admit, I initially had reservations due to one negative review about this unit and its management. However, speaking as someone who has traveled extensively around the globe and actively contributes to leading travel platforms, I can confidently affirm that this apartment is an excellent choice for your stay. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of pristine beaches and at the heart of everything you might need. Grocery shopping, breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are all just a 2-5 minute walk away, with a delightful variety to choose from – there are too many to list in this brief review. The housekeeper is both personable and professional, a key detail in ensuring a comfortable stay. Angela, in particular, goes above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. Communication is crucial for me wherever I stay, and Frank, the property manager, excels in this regard. His effective communication is one of the standout features of staying here. Lastly, I can confidently say that this unit is the best-kept secret on the property. Without naming names, I've stayed in two other units in the past two years – once with my teenage nieces during their first visit to Trinidad and Tobago and the other with friends after Carnival last year. Neither of those units can hold a candle to Frank's townhouse. Like area, but not recommending anyone or myself to Ella’s Apartment. As representative was very rude and prejudiced. Rep exact words while on the phone, talking very loudly so my party can hear “ those Trinidadians always open doors and do not close them. Just to clarify we just arrived , my daughter and niece went to the door and was outside so that they can bring our stuff in, when the rep made that statement. Also there was a leaking pipe the night, we called and had to wait for the plumber. I came on vacation, to enjoy myself, not to overseer work done. They were aware the pipe was leaking, as the plumber said so but the company did not check it was fixed properly. My vacation disrupted by rude and prejudiced behavior, not forgetting having to do the caretaker job to wait on plumber n ensure the leak was fixed. Sorry poor costumer service, not me again there in that apt.

My stay was great, the property manager frank was great and any little problem we had she tried her best to fix asap, will definitely stay there again. The location is also ideal and restaurants and bars are all in a minute to 3 minutes walking distance and its also very close to two of tobago most populare beaches store bay and pigeon point
