5.0Looks like a lovely hotel and great access to the pool.
− Terrible location not what we wanted just off a busy road with little close by. 15 min taxi to the old town. 30 my ins to Patong. We had booked and paid for 4 nights, when we informed the staff just after check in that we were not going to stay and that we were leaving their response was you won't get a refund. And the room was immediately checked and the complementary flip flops my husband picked up was asked to be returned.
