Im großen und ganzen war es doch Ok.

Frühstück : gutes, reichliches Angebot, Zimmer war Straßen seitig und da es bei unserm Aufenthalt sehr Heiß war musste man das Fenster offen lassen der Straßenverkehr war also etwas sehr laut. Wie schon angedeutet liegt das Hotel mitten in der Stadt ansonsten war es gut.

− Obwohl für zwei Personen gebucht gab es nur Handtücher für eine Person.

Zentrale Unterkunft in Perleberg

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Perleberg. Schönes historisches Ambiente. Das Treppenhaus und der Frühstücksraum sind sehenswert, selbst wenn man nicht im Hotel übernachten würde.

− Der Schreibtisch in Zimmer 8 war eher ein Couchtisch. Dass Eierspeisen nicht im Preis des Frühstückbuffets enthalten sind, grenzt an Bauernfängerei. Wer einen Extra-Preis für ein Frühstücksbuffet bezahlt, erwartet nicht, danach noch ein zweites Mal zur Kasse gebeten zu werden.

Gutes Hotel in der Innenstadt

Ein schönes historisches Gebäude, das durch einen neuen Anbau ergänzt wurde. Das Frühstück war gut und die Betten waren bequem.

− Aufgrund von Personalmangel stand nur eine Mitarbeiterin für Service und Rezeption zur Verfügung. Obwohl sie sich sehr bemühte, führte es doch zu Wartezeiten. Für ein 4-Sternhotel fehlten Pflegeprodukte, die Minibar war nicht bestückt und die Kopfkissen waren schlecht. Unter diesen Aspekten war der Preis zu hoch.
