3.0The front desk lady was super sweet & charismatic. Seemed to genuinely care, and was super welcoming.
− Literally everything else. My room was dirty. There was hair on the bed sheets and pillows and serious stains everywhere. There was also hair in the jacuzzi and when I turned on the shower the water on the floor of it was sudsy because there was still soap in it…. It seriously was like nobody had cleaned it at all. Disgusting, I left early and didn’t sleep here. The rooms are also outdated. On top of all of this there were people walking around the building all hours of the night & a live in security guard who stopped me as I was checking in and questioned me. Which made it abundantly clear to me that I’m not safe there either because why do they need this? I basically paid $115 to clean my own jacuzzi and use it lmao. I won’t be back. For $15 more I could’ve stayed at a 5 star hotel lol.
