It is a beautiful property and very comfortable. Unfortunately, not all rooms have air conditioning. Not sure why not, but be sure you request a room with a/c. I'm not entirely sure that the room I was given was what I booked. I was supposed to have a room with a balcony or patio and mine did not.

Amazing hotel, super service, friendly stuff, good food, restaurants on three levels from the pool till to the roof terrace - there beautiful round view at the town, very quiet. They let us feel if we were member of a big family. There is no lift so we contributed for our physical condition these days and for our health. The best hotel in Kigali!
