Δεν έχει πρωινό. Η τοποθεσία είναι η καλύτερη και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ήταν αρκετά καθαρό.

− Ο καναπές κρεβάτι δεν ήταν ανοιχτός και στρωμένος ενώ είχαμε δηλώσει τα άτομα και τα κρεβάτια τρίζανε και ήταν λίγο άβολα . Σαμπουάν ήταν σε μικρά φακελάκια .φευγοντας μας ζήτησε να καθαρίσουμε το σπίτι και να πετάξουμε σε ειδικούς κάδους τα σκουπίδια αλλιώς θα μας κρατήσει την εγγύηση . Επίσης στον γυρισμό , βρήκα στα πόδια μου 3 τσιμπήματα τα οποία δεν ξέρω αν ήταν από τα σκεπάσματα τα οποία ήταν κάποια βρώμικα

Excellent 5 Night stay in Venice

Very easy to find and a great location. Access to the property was well organised and very easy on arrival. Apartment was much bigger than I realised - very very spacious. The hosts were very kind and allowed us to drop off our luggage a little earlier. Fabulous view out of lounge and bedroom windows over one of the smaller canals. Outside terrace is great and has a washing line to hang up your washing. A good range of restaurants within a short walking distance. I had seen people complain about the electricity tripping but we did not have this problem as the host specifically warns you not to run the washing machine and the air-conditioning. We stuck to that rule and had no issues at all. We had a wonderful stay.

− There is a photo of a coffee machine in the images online and the facilities specify a coffee machine. There is no coffee machine as it has been replaced with a Moka, which is a stove top coffee maker. I have asked them to update their images and facilities.

Location and size

− The electric fuse kept going off 4 to 5 times a day maybe more , which is ridiculous as you have to go to the first floor to put the switch back on , which is time consuming, also the host was notified and they simply said we were using to many appliances at the same time , which was not the case , they need to sort their electrics out

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wenn man nicht mit dem Vaporetto fahren möchte, ist alles ebenfalls gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist prima und von der Größe für vier Personen absolut empfehlenswert. Die Anreiseformationen waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich.

Excellent rooms and location, best for a larger group who can benefit from the space, best for those who are not disturb

Spacious, elevator, clothes washing machine, balcony, location, large rooms.

− Noisy at night with boats playing music along the canal. A neighbor had a dog that yapped obsessively, even late at night.
