Excellent Guesthouse in Paignton.

A fine guest house within a few minutes walk of the beach/ town centre and bus/ train stations. I found the location to be quiet and safe. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent and served with a smile. A good lounge to enjoy as a change from the room. Good outside seating area if the weather would allow. I would certainly consider Seacroft if I was in the area again. Many thanks.

Great location to explore Paignton and further afield. Great hosts who are very attentive and can't do enough to help make your stay comfortable. Hoping to have the opportunity to stay here again 🙂

Wow, what a find! I booked this fairly last minute but was so very happy with my choice. Mark and Gareth text me for an arrival time and then greeted me as I drove in. I was then checked in seamlessly and shown to my room. Having worked in customer service over 3 decades, I can honestly say, that many large companies have a lot to learn from these two men. Everything regarding facilities and breakfast was explained, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was ordered the evening before with a wide range of foods including a full english, lighter options or continental. My room (no 7) was decorated nicely with a seaside theme, had an ensuite shower room and a window which opened lovely and wide as we were having a heatwave! Blackout curtains also meant that the 4am sun wasn't a problem. Toiletries were provided as was a kettle and tea/coffee making items. In the evening, there was a lovely front patio area with lots of seating and a family atmosphere for all the guests. In fact I didn't need my car at all once I'd arrived, as busses and trains go regularly from within walking distance of the guesthouse, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes around too. The main town shops are about 5-10 minutes walk away as was the station. Gareth & Mark really know how to include people and make the most of their time in Paignton, I will be back for sure.

Gareth and Mark were amazing hosts. They work so hard to make everything perfect, they are such a great team. Always very helpful. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was amazing. Such a bonus to have a parking space. Always lot's of friendly chatter. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you guys :-) D & G

Gareth & Mark were fantastic hosts, so friendly and welcoming. The decor in the bedroom was lovely. Great choices for breakfast. Nice conservatory area and garden to relax in. Fab location within minutes walk of the harbour.

Wonderful place to stay. Felt welcomed warmly and had a lovely time. Gorgeous room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Would definitely stay again.
