9.0Very cosy and spacious house with all the amenities. Good heating. We did not expect to have 3 bed rooms downstairs with 2 lofts. This was great for our group of three families, a lot of beds. A very convenient location too. A lot of essentials were provided (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, there was a bottle of Vegemite too). There were books and things to keep kids occupied indoors. Parking in the garden. Quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to shops.
− The only thing to improve would be to widen the gate. It was tricky to manoeuvre a large SUV through the gate.
