− We found a mouse in the room, and the house had 12 mouse traps! The entrance was full of garbage, and the pillows were dirty! Despite all our complaints, their response was that we were lying just to get our money back. Meanwhile, Booking has been completely indifferent and didn’t help us at all in a very difficult situation.
