− Was sent the wi fi password but the wi fi didn’t work. Coffee machine was there but no pods. If we had known there was a machine we could have brought our own. Same goes for the laundry. Advertised as having a laundry but not stated to BYO detergent. Didn’t bother us but may be helpful to include in the property details for the future.
Good, but indoors could do with a makeover
7.0Great location, big garden, lovely view. Good heater and electric blankets.
− You need to get good pillows! I notice people in Jan were complaining. Couldn’t find toilet paper until last day. Kitchen has nothing to welcome you like tea bags, longlife milk etc. electric blanket in master bedroom dangerous connection, not working. Text to put bin out could have been kinder and that’s not really customers issue. Felt like someone’s home, not fresh and welcoming, with some little touches.
