8.0La struttura si trova nella periferia di Lucca, ma con 5 o 6 minuti di auto (c'è il parcheggio interno alla struttura) si arriva facilmente alle mura. La camera piccola, ma con l'essenziale. La colazione "a la carte" viene preparata al momento dai proprietari, che si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e cordiali

2.0There was no hot water.. the shower head did not fit into the bracket, the soap dispenser was empty, etc.. when I wrote they said it was a gas leak and I could use another room to shower. At that point I had taken a cold bath . So it was too late. The help just reiterated, it is not our fault! They somehow felt it was not their responsibility either!
