Upscale Boutique Hotel in the heart of Menlo Park
10.0This was my first time staying at the Park James; my daughter and I were visiting for a horse show. Park James is a smaller boutique hotel; it offers spacious well decorated rooms, the staff was warm and inviting and the food at the restaurant was amazing. I will definitely stay here agsin

10.0Park James is a wonderful hotel. I came here for my 25th MBA reunion at Stanford. The hotel is not corporately owned, which makes a difference. The staff is warm and helpful. I've had hundreds of hotel stays in my 56 years of life. This is one of the best!

Great Experience at The Park James
10.0This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was unbelievable: friendly, helpful, attentive. It was also one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
Small Hotel, Big Heart - A Menlo Park Gem
8.0What a lovely stay! This hotel is small, intimate, and beautifully designed, every detail feels intentional. I loved that they’re LEED certified, too; sustainability matters to me, so it was great to see a property that clearly cares about its environmental impact. The staff were exceptional genuinely warm, attentive, and they remembered my name from the moment I walked in. That kind of personal touch makes a huge difference. Having a restaurant on-site was a great bonus, and the location in Menlo Park couldn’t be better. Close to my office, with tons of great restaurants nearby. My one wish: a pool or hot tub would make it even better. But that’s a small note in an otherwise excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back!
