10.0We were greeted immediately and given a tour of the place. Our host was very informative and helpful. The beds very comfortable, rooms quiet, and the breakfast meals and variety were amazing.

10.0Beautiful location. Hosts were gracious and shared helpful information about local attractions as well as fascinating perspective on local culture, language and history which was much appreciated by these first time visitors from the USA.
Hidden gem
10.0We have stayed in many b&b over the years, some very good and some a bit dire. Mill Lodge surpasses anywhere that we have stayed in before. Kelvin is an excellent and enthusiastic host. We had quite a few chats and put the world to rights!! Kelvin is also an excellent chef and we have never had such tasty cooked breakfasts. We are more than happy to recommend Mill Lodge and we shall return in the future, I'm sure.

10.0Everything about Mill Lodge was exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Special breakfast to die for. Great bed, ensuite, walks on the river and quaint town. You will love staying here.

10.0From the moment we arrived we were welcomed into the B&B and offered refreshment after a long journey. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast choices were superb. Best cooked breakfast I have had in a long time. The host was very knowledgeable about the area and after we had attended a wedding ensured there was fresh milk for us to make a drink when we got back late in the evening. Thoroughly recommend. Beautiful walks just a short stroll from the door.
