Great stay for family of 5
10.0I came here with my family of 5. Coming from US and arriving in a Japan can be a disorienting experience. the staff at Mimaru helped us to feel at home and settle in. They gave us help to get taxis, show us where to go and where to eat. The first day we were there, the layout of the room I had picked was too tight for 5 people. the staff were super accommodating to work with us to get into another room that suited our needs. The rooms are very well decorated, clean and efficient. The washer and dryer worked very well. Which wasn't my experience at other places. I would definitely stay here again with my family.
