Fabulous little property with a lovely little garden. Everything you needed for a relaxing stay.

This is a clean, comfortable property with private parking located in a quiet residential area with easy access to neighbouring towns and local beaches. The hosts provided generous welcome packs for us and our dog, including a chilled bottle of wine which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to create family meals and all of the beds had very good quality mattresses and pillows.

− We were very pleased with the property and had no complaints. If we could offer any suggestions for future improvements it would be to update the lounge furniture and general decor which were a little well worn and dated.

It's in a great location, a very quiet back street perfect for sleeping and relaxing, it's only 5 minutes walk from the supermarket and pub, it was very well equipped and clean, nice big lounge and dining area, easy parking, it's only 10 minutes off the A30 road so ready easy to get anywhere you want to go in Cornwall in no more than a hour, it was a 3 mile drive to the nearest train station that had free parking, all the equipment in the kitchen had instructions on how to use it which we found very helpful, the shower was good headed up nice and quickly, Overall a very good place to stay

− The biggest issue we had was the TV it was not from a Ariel but only off the internet and sadly the internet was not very fast this meant that when watching TV programs would often stop as the internet was not able to stream them at the required speed, this made it very hard to watch TV, We found the house to be a little on the cold side the central heating didn't seem to do much, to be fair we had an unusual cold week for the time of year so the heating may have not been set for the weather but we couldn't see how to change it, The bathroom was small and a bit tricky to move around in, we found the beds a little uncomfortable as they had wood at the end were your feet go that you could catch in the night and wake you up, So nothing major just a few little issues,

This was a wonderful accomodation for a perfect stay in Cornwall, everything was fantastic! Absolutely correct and fair in price, responsive and kind hosts, great instructions plus super cosy home with comfty beds which had everything we needed, even cd-s, board games, books and puzzles 😅🥳♥️ Thank you 🙏

We loved everything it was cosy like being at home , even down to the bottle of wine left in the fridge much appreciated

− There was nothing we didn’t like my only nip pick was I’m always cold and the duvet was abit thin for me …

Everything you needed was provided. Great to arrive with tea, coffee, milk and wine! And treats for the dog!
