Buena experiencia en la mejor ubicación de la ciudad, con un inconveniente al inicio
8.0Lo mejor fue la atención de Imma, muy simpática, que todas las mañanas nos preparaba el desayuno y el último día, cuando la app de taxis no funcionaba, nos ayudó a encontrar uno y hasta nos ayudó con el equipaje. Una genia!
− Llegamos muy tarde en la noche por un retraso en el vuelo. La puerta no se podía abrir porque se había partido una llave. No podía comunicarme con la dueña porque no había señal. Cuando ya estaba pensando en conseguir otro alojamiento, logré comunicarme con ella . Si bien respondió inmediatamente y solucionó el problema, el error de no haberme avisado con anticipación de la dificultad que iba a encontrar con la cerradura, hizo que pasara por un estrés innecesario.

8.0*パンテオンまで徒歩5分バス停までも近くどこでも行きやすい場所でした *朝食は、通のスタッフがわざわざ作ってくれます。その時泊まっていた他のお客さんと一緒に食べられて楽しかったです。 *冷房はとてもよく効きましたが、朝方寒かったので空調入れようとしたら暖房はなくて冷房しかないとの事でした' 携帯の温風機を貸してくださいました *毎日ベッドメイキングとタオルの交換をしていただけました
− *エレベーター踊り場から踊り場までしか止まらないので、そこから10段ぐらいは荷物を持って登らないといけない とても古いエリアにあるので、石畳が凸凹でスーツケースを引きずって移動するのはバス停から大変です *シャワーの水の勢いがなく、お湯も生ぬるかったので、風邪をひきそうでした

10.0Excellent location and everything was perfect for a 3 night stay. Hot weather in Rome, but the A/C worked excellently and kept us cool and comfortable! Private bathroom, lift to the 2nd floor property, quiet and clean. A great stay.
