8.0Excellent location and apartment was nice. Communication regarding checkin was terrible. Had to chase up the day before to get checkin details. Asked to pay a $300 deposit which was done and refund was meant to be within 7 business days. It has now been a few weeks- still waiting on refund and no replies when trying to chase up.

10.0Centrally located to all the Surfer's Paradise amenities (especially groceries). The apartment was clean and well stocked. checking in was a little confusing for a fist timer.

4.0It's in great location, but check in wasn't easy. It was very hard to find the master key to get into the room. Very very less information and dodge area to keep the self check in keys. We wont be going there again.
