8.0We have been with our colleagues 2nights in this hotel. I have stayed on 12th floor it was very much noisy I was not able to sleep at all. The second they forgot to clean room properly or I don’t know bath was too dirty. Anyhow reception girl I don’t remember her name she was soo professional and kind changed my room. FB 8out of 10 I can say.Service is great

6.0For the city could be one of the good options, but as a hotel and services, maximum 3 stars. The reception team has no clue about front office or customer services.they do not care when to contact the clients if they forget to scan your entry stamp. They may call you at 6.30 am. Or during your meetings on the registered number and continueslly calls. Literally, zero the front office. Breakfast is good, not bad, not good. The room seiz is OK. AC is apperaently fixed by hotel and they cannot make it more cooler, in case you want. I am lucky was only one night.

10.0Отличный отель, новый, современный, с отлично обученным персоналом. Хороший, но небольшой спа-центр, великолепный завтрак. 2 ресторана. Очень понравился грузинский на первом этаже, но абсолютно разочаровала Терасса на третьем, где накосячили просто по всем пунктам от блюд до официанта. Возможно, просто был не наш день. Большая и просторная ванная комната с качественной сантехникой. Единственное, что лично мне непонятно- ну как можно делать в ванной тропический душ так, что невозможно постоять под душем и не залить весь пол водой. В остальном все на отлично.

10.0Очень хороший 5 звездочный отель , лучший отель в Самаре . Вежливый персонал , вкусный завтрак . Очень понравился ресторан в лобби баре , борщ был фантастически вкусный .
