10.0Top located, very stylish interior, enough space for at least seven people, easy parking, very clean with anything you need (washing machine, table tennis for kids, perfect environment for a nice walk along the nearby river Avon. Very nice pub just around the corner.

8.0We rented the two properties together for a family event and it worked amazingly well! We even managed to fit in a wee trip to the local pub at the bottom of the garden...excellent standard and value for money. Kitchen was most well equipped we've ever had in such a property, and we were doing all our own cooking. Wanted to be based somewhere for 4 nights which felt like home from home - and this met expectations. Plenty space for 24 people to spread out both in and out the big house. Thank you, Jackie!
− Preparing for a wedding with lots of us getting ready and only 2 public bathrooms (plus one en-suite and a downstairs loo) became a little more challenging when we had to stop using one of the showers due to a leak. However, we could still use the over-bath shower in that bathroom. It didn't in any way spoil our enjoyment - and we got to the wedding on time!
Lovely, homey, welcoming, excellent kitchen and modern baths. Working fireplace!
