− Nach der 1.Nacht wurde(n) unser ganzes Gepäck /unsere technischen Geräte/ohne unser Wissen und unser Beisein am Vormittag aus dem Zimmer wahllos in unsere Koffer und weitere Tüten gepackt, und in den Aufbewahrungsort für Koffer gestellt. Dort mussten wir alles am Nachmittag holen, selbst in ein neues Zimmer umziehen und dort alles neu „sortieren“. Dann haben wir erfahren, dass man uns beim Einchecken am Tag zuvor versehentlich ein falsches Zimmer (niedrigere Kategorie) gegeben hat.
