2.0The hotel didn't respected my booking confirmation so I paid twice, the first time was when I booked the room the second at hotel cash. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody to avoid double invoicing

6.0Chegamos depois da meia-noite, grupo de 30 pessoas, eu os avisei que chegaríamos tarde, eles já haviam separado os quartos para a gente, porém a pessoa que nós atendeu exigiu que eu pagasse as taxas antes de qualquer pessoa ir para o seu quarto, no hotéis.com diz que as taxas poderiam ser pagas no check out também, estavam desconfiados que não pagaríamos, afinal foi uma taxa de 480 dólares no total do grupo todo. Na verdade, na parte inicial da reserva no app da hoteis.com dá a entender que todos os impostos estão inclusos, apenas ao ler as condições é que vemos a cobrança de 19% de "taxa de resort". Hotel muito simples, banheiro apertado, um cheiro diferente no quarto, não recomendo, e financeiramente não compensou. Desejo aos donos e funcionários sucesso.
