Good central location. Not quiet enough for us. Pleasant interactions with the host.
6.0Central location and within a block of the lake. Very walkable to the city waterfront and restaurants and shopping. Clean, uncluttered space. Overall a nice apartment.
− Bedroom had no fresh air as the skylight was broken and the AC must remain on anyway during the heat. So the bedroom was rather stuffy to sleep in. This is not a quiet location. It is on one of the main streets in town, rush hour goes right in front of the building, and in early July the number of motorcycles racing down this street was rather surprising. So, if peace and quiet are your goal - this is not the place.
NIce big apartment
10.0The property is easy to find and instructions, send by Roberto were very clear, with detailed pictures. This was my first experience of self-check in with providing ID & selfie, so I was a bit afraid of it :) But it is possible to make check in a week before arrival, so we did it smoothly at home in 5 minutes. The apartment is bright and clean with nice view to the lake and mountains ( balcony was missing for that view :) ) In the kitchen you have everything you may need. Bedroom is separate from living room, bed is comfortable. In other comments somebody wrote it was noisy because of the road - but for us it was not, maybe because bedroom has only skylight and no other window.
− On check-out You should leave the key in the box next to the apartment, on the 4 th floor, but you can open the main door from inside only with the key (or we havent found the button?) ,so if You are alone, how to get out ?

9.015 minut pieszo do dworca kolejowego, obok super kawiarni są. Widok z okna - to jest rewelacyjny! Polecam!
