− Shower doesn’t work and they don’t fix it until I left. I have squat to shower using tap water for 2 days. They told me they send someone to fix it and knock at the door but I wasn’t there so they go home. They never even told me that somebody will come and I need to be there. I mean I am on holiday, why would I need to stay in a room for a maintenance work? It is normal for a staff to enter a room for cleaning or maintenance, why guest have to be there? Kettle is available in the room but doesn’t work. The room is dark, no natural light at all. The living room of the house is dirty. Bathroom is smelly from the drainage
