10.0Lovely hotel close to all amenities. Clean, comfortable and good-sized room. Breakfast was delicious and staff were fabulous. Would stay there again.

8.0Excellent breakfast really good variety everything cooked and presented very well, lovely staff especially Nial.rooms very clean (unfortunately my carpet had been burned by someone using straightners) otherwise everything was perfect. We were unfortunate that due to family circumstances we were there over a bank holiday so the Saturday Sunday room rates were quite expensive where as the Monday Tuesday were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

10.0The location was perfect to walk to all the sites and to many, many restaurants and pubs. The lobby and bar area are lovely. The room was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable. Shower water was hot and strong flow. I loved the toiletries, kettle, bottled water, and variety of coffee and tea options in the room. It was so close to everything! The staff were absolutely incredible! Excellent customer service and very welcoming. I will definitely be back!

No hot water to shower.
4.0Would not recommend staying here. There was no hot water on the evening we arrived so we were not able to shower. When we informed the receptionist (who came to the room to check) he shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about it. I am aware cold exposure is very popular trend these days but this is simply not good enough. Stay somewhere else.
